To redeem your rebate:
You must purchase 4 Skyjacker Hydro or Nitro Shocks between March 1 - May 31, 2008. This offer is available to consumer purchasers of Skyjacker Hydro or Nitro Shocks only. Items to submit are:

• A clean, clear copy of the original receipt
• The original UPC symbol with shock part numbers cut from the flap of the shock box
• Completed REBATE FORM
• Mail all requested materials and information to:

Upon doing this, Skyjacker will send a check to you for $35.00. All materials must be sent in one envelope and the envelope must be postmarked no later than June 30th 2008 in order to qualify. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of the rebate check.
