Here is a chance to purchase a RCD 6" suspension kit that has been installed and removed within a 1 week time frame.

The kit is complete with everything that would be in a brand new suspension kit. The reason for this is the vehicle had the stablility control system and this kit will activate that system under certin conditions, So if you truck does not have the vehicle stablility control system then your good to go, if it does then you can turn that system off each time you drive your vehicle if you choose too.

This system requires the use of 4.5" back spacing on the wheels. Kit will NOT work if vehicle has Delphi Autoride option. Kit is the knuckle design with the rear Bilstein 5100 series shocks. It uses front coil spring spacer kit. You will save $850.00 off normal pricing. We only have one of these so don't miss out before its gone if you are looking at this brand of suspension kit.

Kit #RS6582B is available for 2/4WD Avalanche/Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon (1/2 Ton) and is also compatible with OE wheels. The development tire size is 315 x 70 x R17 while the actual is 34.5 x 12.5. Total backspacing for this kit is 6.5”.

Double Flex - Double Adjustable

Rock Krawler is proud to bring you the new TJ X Factor PRO 8.0 Suspension Systems. These systems feature our revolutionary independent 3 link front end with track bar and a triangulated 4 link rear end that allows for removal of the rear track bar. The 3 link front end with track bar is the very same system used by professional rock crawlers today and is the best articulating front end design for conventional steering, bar none!

Their modular skid plate design actually clam shells the frame top and bottom with no side drilling required. This adds structure to that frame! With the 3 piece construction; servicing of the driveline is still easy and does not involve any suspension modifications. The frame rail members can be bolted in or welded on and for added rear axle structure a weld in cradle is substituted for the bolt in differential plate free of charge!

The lower control arms are made of 2” solid stock and use our new 1” shank Krawler Joints with a 65,000 pound radial load capacity. Simply put, we feel this is the strongest system ever made and we back that up with our Abuse Proof Lifetime Guarantee on all our control arms and track bars!

(Notes: Available for any axle combination. Cat Back Exhaust is required with the long rear uppers. TJ's equipped with 4 speed automatics will require removal of the factory automatic transmission skid plate if so equipped to allow for proper front driveshaft travel. Requires full S.Y.E. and C.V. Driveshaft for non Rubicon models. Rubicon Models require a rear C.V. Driveshaft Conversion. Requires removal of the OEM lower control arm mounts off the rear axle to be able to put the new mounts in place. Requires removal of the front upper spring and shock mounts off the frame to be able to weld on the new front upper coil over mounts. Requires removal of the upper control arm and track bar mounts off the rear axle to be able to weld on the new rear cradle. It is highly recommended to have a high pinion rear axle.)

This system is a new, complete replacement set designed to correct the chronic problem of a worn idler arm and center drag link. The system includes a new precision machined Pitman & Idler Arm assemblies from billet 4140 heat treated alloy. The new idler arm rides on full replacement 3/4" pivot bracket using a much enlarged friction surface a durable Bronze bushing. Bracing the new idler arm to the vehicle is a fully incorporated idler arm brace that strengthens the entire unit. Also included in the system is a completely new Center Drag Link made from 1 1/8” x .250” wall thick DOM tubing. The center drag link uses beefy off the shelf 11/16” McQuay Norris tie-rod ends for maximum strength and durability. The Center Drag Link is completely rebuildable and parts can be purchased from us directly. Lastly, the kit includes new replacement tubular tie rod adjustment links that due to the system's change in configuration, are longer than stock. This added length helps reduce bump steer angle over stock. This system is simple, durable, completely serviceable, and requires no modification to stock parts or vehicle. Intended for both on and off-road use. The entire kit is finished in Zinc 1 silver plating for the ultimate in durability.

This CALMINI suspension kit will lift the Frontier by 2-2.5" over stock. The complete kit consists of machined aluminum spacers finished in a high quality blue anodized finish with laser marking, rear lift blocks, and the complete replacement u-bolt kit. This system will allow for increased articulation and ground clearance. Vehicle will require a front end alignment once the kit is installed.
NOTE: IF YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH CAM BOLTS FROM THE FACTORY, THEY WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN ORDER TO ALIGN THE VEHICLE.
