Body Cab Mounts
Body Cab Mounts Replacing distorted OEM rubber body/cab mount bushings with polyurethane will help eliminate body roll and give your vehicle a smoother, longer lasting ride and better body fit. We highly recommend these bushings for vehicles that have been raised with a body lift. When the body is raised it puts added stress onto the body bushings. Factory rubber bushings are much more prone to give out due to this increased leverage.

Control Arm Bushings
Control Arm Bushings
Camber is the inward or outward tilt of the front tires as viewed from the front. Inward tilt is negative, outward tilt is positive. Camber is used to distribute load across the entire Positive and Negative Camber Diagramtread. Improper camber makes the tire wear on one edge, and causes the vehicle to pull to the side that has the most positive camber. Control arm bushings can help correct your camber angle, but usually up to only 2 degrees. For more adjustment you can purchase adjustable cam bolts and new brackets. Call for details and applications. These control arm bushings DO NOT included the steel outer shell. You will have to keep the factory outer shells from your OE bushings and re-use them. See footnote #247.

Frame Shackle Bushings
Frame Shackle BushingsRubber factory bushings get damaged by grease, weather and general driving conditions. When that occurs they can bind and loose their effectiveness. The easy and inexpensive solution to this common problem is a new set of polyurethane frame shackle bushings.

or a leaf spring suspension to operate smoothly the springs and shackles must move freely without binding. To eliminate this problem we recommend Daystar's “Zero-Bind” technology. Daystar Dura-ThaneTM Greasable bolt/bushing kits come complete with gun drilled, hardened bolts, grease grooved Dura-ThaneTM bushings and nylock nuts. Zerk fittings are placed for easy access and can be filled with any standard grease gun. Replacing your stock spring or shackle bushings with one of these kits will help to eliminate annoying squeaks and the bind.

Motor Mounts
Motor Mounts
Daystar has the strongest, and easiest to install performance motor mounts available without bolting the motor in solid. These will replace "squishy" stock mounts to help eliminate unwanted engine motion. These will help reduce "wheel hop" which allows more rotational energy to be directed to the wheels. This is a performance motor mount and will transmit additional engine vibration to the interior of some vehicles.

Spring & Shackle Bushings
Spring and Shackle BushingsBrittle and worn rubber spring and shackle bushings cause excessive body roll and shift. This also causes excessive stress on steering components. To solve this potentially dangerous problem, replace your stock rubber mounts with Daystar’s specially engineered spring and shackle busing kits.

Sway Bar Bushings
Sway Bar Bushings
The sway bar helps reduce the body roll when cornering by transferring a torsional force between the wheels of the same axle. The factory rubber bushings get soft and worn out over time and that hurts the ability of the sway bar to do it's job. Replacement polyurethane bushings--that withstand corrosion from extreme temperatures and chemicals--will help your sway bar perform it's proper function again.
