6" Suspension Lift Kit
This kit has a simple bolt-on installation. One piece sub-frame gives increased strength and eliminates squeaks and rattles in front end. It also comes with new heavy duty steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets, lateral compression struts, torsion bar drop brackets, rear blocks and U-bolts. All bushing and hardware to install these parts are also included.

Performance System
The first HD system to hit the dirt was Fabtech's 6" system clearing 35" tall tires. Lift is accomplished via one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy-duty 1/4" thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate. Front and rear crossmembers are connected via tubular support tubes to provide additional front suspension rigidity.

RCD’s system comes with CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles, and fully machined T-6 Billet Aluminum axle spacers maintain proper axle lengths. Heavy Duty two piece lower sub-frame assembly and a polished stainless steel “Twin-Link” anti-compression struts insure structural strength and durability. CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel “Super-Flex” sway bar end links feature an upper ball joint assembly for smooth operation, optimizing sway bar geometry and function. (Note: Requires 4.5” backspaced wheels.)
