2" Suspension Lift Kit
The 2” systems we recommend for the 4wd S-series vehicles are made by Superlift. This kit will slightly firm up the ride quality. It comes with new greasable upper control arms, torsion bar adjuster arms (not included in ZR2 kits), inner & outer CV shocks with boots and all necessary hardware. This kit allows you to maintain the
factory torsion arms. Due to the smaller size of the S-series vehicles it is not necessary to use heavier than stock torsion arms which often times firm the ride quality even more. The rear lift is achieved using add-a-leafs for the Blazers and shackles for the Pickups. The Deluxe package also includes poly sway bar bushings, tie rod boots and a steering stabilizer. These kits will fit all S-series 4WD vehicles. Standard packages end in SD, while Deluxe packages end in DX.

5" Suspension Lift Kit
The 5” Trailmaster lift kit comes with gussetted bracketry to strengthen and ensure proper geometry of the complicated independent suspension and steering system. One advantage to this system is you can use wheels with factory back spacing. Installing this package on your vehicle will improve handling on and of
f road, increase the suspension travel and allow for larger tires. By utilizing the axle over system on the rear end, this kit will minimizeaxle wrap and extend u-joint and drive train life. The standard package includes all bracketry, hardware and shocks needed to properly lift your S-10/15. or, you can upgrade to the Deluxe package which also includes poly sway bar bushings, tie rod boots and a steering stabilizer. 6" Suspension Lift Kit
Superlift wins the Jack-it "Stamp of Approval" with their 1995 - 2003 S10/S15 6" lift kits. This is far and away the best kit available for the Chevy S10 and GMC S15 series 4x4's. It features Superlift's frame integrated technology (FIT) system. It has the strongest sub-frame available. The laser cut bracketry lowers the factory upper and lower control arms a full 6". Both front and rear legs of each upper control arm are captured by a single beefy bracket then additionally strengthened with crossmembers. Three full-width, one piece frame crossmembers anchor the upper and lower control arms. Rigidity is further enhanced by a unique belly-pan that connects the two lower control arm crossmembers. The belly-pan mates to the crossmembers via an interlocking "dovetail" fit, then secured with countersunk bolts. The dropped center link design also keeps the tie rod geometry in-check. Superlift's proven center link stabilizing system supports the center link to prevent premature pitman and idler arm wear. This is a major problem with other kits on the market. Other manufacturers use longer tie-rod assemblies instead, which create severe toe angle changes as the suspension cycles. The front CV angles are addressed by lowering the differential a full 5.5". The rear of the vehicle is raised by doing a spring over kit. Running this kit will allow you to fit 32” x 12.5” tires. We offer Standard, Deluxe and Premium packages using the Superlift lift kit. (Note: A speed sensor re-calibration is necessary to maintain accurate speed signal information relayed to the anti-lock brakes, speedometer and ECM. CV drive shaft modification may be necessary.).
Standard kits include differential drop bracketry constructed of 0.1875” thick plate steel and heavy wall tubing, dual center link stabilizing links to improve steering and reinforce idler and pitman arm, full width diff/control arm crossmembers, brake line extension brackets, front and rear superlift superide shock absorbers w/ boots, front and rear sway bar drop brackets, rear spring over axle lift with add-a-leafs on some applications.
Deluxe kits include all standard items plus steering stabilizer.
Premium kits include standard and deluxe packages plus front multiple shock kit with shocks, skid plate (mild steel).
