4" SST Lift Kit
Increased requests from customers wanting a true 4.0" Lift Kit for their new body style Silverado trucks encouraged ReadyLift research and development to engineer the only 4.0" completely bolt-on lift kit on the market today. We call the 4.0" SST Lift Kit System our "stage three" kit for the late model Silverado/Sierra pickups.
The 4.0" SST Lift Kit is the result of over six months of extensive product development followed by rigorous on and off road testing. ReadyLift's goal is to provide a true 4.0" lift kit that is completely bolt-on; no drilling, cutting or welding required. This system significantly increases ground clearance while allowing for tire sizes up to 34" (34x11.5 on factory wheels). The most common tire size for this application is 33x12.50 (max). In order to install a 33x12.50 (305/55/20) with aftermarket wheels, some minor trimming of the inner fenderwell may be required. Customers can now have the lift they have wanted but wasn't available - until now!
Unlike some kits which require you to cut off your strut studs or break the top hat seal which are irreversible modifications, our rugged strut extensions require No Modifications to be made to the strut in order to install the extension. This guarantees the strut will maintain the factory integrity as well as drastically reducing installation time.

Fabtech announces the release of our 6” Suspension systems for the new T900 platform 2007 GM 1500 Pick Ups. Starting with our industry leading cross member and spindle technology, Fabtech pushes the envelope with superior ride height to properly clear 35” tall tires. Extensive design work was given to the extended length steering knuckles to keep the track width near stock with superior turning radius for maneuverability in tight spots. Lower control arm cross members are strengthened with cross tubes backed up by tubular frame struts to distribute front suspension impact loads. The front differential is protected with a tightly formed 1/4” thick steel skid plate. Rear suspension lift is accomplished via a block and add a leaf system.With two systems available, the Basic system features all the above components with a front coilover spacer system utilizing the factory coilover assembly for a stock like ride. The Performance system also offers the same components but with an upgrade to the Dirt Logic 2.5 or Dirt Logic 4.0 Adjustable Coilover shock in place of the factory front coilover assembly. Rear shock options include Performance shocks or Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks. Both systems have been properly designed to work with the factory Stabilitrak® safety functions without reprogramming of the vehicle’s computer.

This kit has a simple bolt-on installation. One piece sub-frame or a 3 piece sub-frame kit that includes skid plate, both give increased strength and eliminates squeaks and rattles in front end. It also comes with new heavy duty steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets, lateral compression struts, torsion bar drop brackets, rear blocks and U-bolts. All bushing and hardware to install these parts are also included.
2006 models without factory Air Ride need to order front and rear shocks sold separately. The 2006 models with factory Air Ride, the kit includes shock relocations brackets and will retain the factory Air Ride shock.

Suspension Lift Kit
RCD’s system comes with CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles for precise steering geometry. Fully machined, T-6 Billet Aluminum axle spacers maintain proper axle lengths. Heavy Duty two piece lower sub-frame assembly and a polished stainless steel “Twin-Link” anti-compression struts insure structural strength and durability. CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel “Super-Flex” sway bar end links feature an upper ball joint assembly for smooth operation, optimizing sway bar function. All the steel has a “Gator Black” polyurethane powder coat finish for lasting good looks! Grade 8 Hardware for reliability. This system also comes with (4) Bilstein 5100 Series shocks and provide unmatched ride quality and performance. No drive shaft modifications are necessary for installation.

Jack-It has put together two complete 4" suspension kits that we like to use on the 99-05 GM 1500 4X4. The standard package starts with the Tuff Country 4" one piece subframe kit part #14955. This includes Heavy Duty steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets, lateral compression struts, torsion bar drop brackets, rear blocks and U-bolts. All bushings and hardware to install this kit, along with detailed instruction set. Then we add the Pro Comp ES3000 front and rear shocks with your choice of shock boot color.
Upgrade to the deluxe kit and get front and rear Bilstein 5100 series shocks, they have the silver zinc plated finish. Also included is a heavy duty steering stabilizer shock and bracket kit. This will provide unmatched ride quality and performance.
