This kit made from Skyjacker components includes replacement full-height and actually improves the ride quality. It retains OEM alignment specifications and increases wheel travel.
Standard package includes upper and lower greasable control arms, Softride front coil spring relocating brackets for the upper arms, drop pitman arm, bump stops, shocks, rear add-a-leafs, track bar connection brackets, a steering stabilizer and sway bar drop brackets.
Deluxe package includes the standard kit plus a dual shock bracket kit.
Premium package (shown above) includes everything in the deluxe kit plus (2) rear leaf springs.

The front PreRunner System for the all new Dodge Ram Heavy Duty 4x4 is flat out awesome! This system is a full featured long arm system with lower control arms made from 2" solid alloy steel and upper control arms made of 1 5/8" solid alloy steel. The Pre-Runner System allows for massive 10" travel 2.5" diameter body coil over shocks from many popular manufacturers (see notes for details on compatibility). The long arm four link design provides you with a jounce free ride compared to short arms and maintains an excellent caster curve through out the entire range of suspension travel! To ensure proper steering geometry we provide a heavy duty track bar drop bracket made of 1/4" thick steel with a double adjustable front track bar made from 2.5" solid stock and a drop pitman arm. The rear Desert Race System rear end suspension system converts your leaf springs over to a multi link long arm trailing arm system with coil over racing shocks. The rear trailing arms are made from 1/4" thick laser cut steel, fully boxed and seam welded. The trailing arms that locate the rear axle are stronger than your Dodge HD frame! Upper torque arms allow for perfect pinion angle adjustment each and every time. This arm assembly ensures you will never get axle wrap again. The lateral stability of the rear of your Dodge HD is controlled by our double adjustable rear track bar that ensures proper lateral axle placement each and every time! All of our heavy duty brackets are made from 1/4 inch thick laser cut steel for a lifetime of use and abuse.
