Suspension Lift Kit
Rize Industries would like to introduce their front lift system for the F150. These lift kits have the features that the off-road enthusiast has been demanding. This kit can give you true wheel clearance for up to 37” tires and requires no cutting of front valances. This kit retains proper steering and alignment geometry and retains a factory like ride. This easy to install kit will give your truck a bold aggressive, yet integrated look. (Note: All late 2005 to all 2007 trucks will require the brake line kit.)
The front kit consists of bracketry that is modeled in 3D CAD using an artistic design touch, but with form and function foremost in mind. Starting with 1/4" A36 steel the bracketry is CNC cut and formed into a boxed and gusseted configuration, then welded at strategic points to maximize strength. By using these manufacturing methods and combining them with our quad link support struts and integrated skid plate, we at Rize Industries are able to supply drop down bracketry that is both stronger and more visually appealing than that of the competition.
The industry standard of raising the steering point way up on the spindle to address the steering issues on most of the competitions lift kits was not an option for RIze Industries. That method not only puts undo leverage on the rack & pinion system, it also promotes a "heavier" steering feel. Here at Rize Industries we have designed a system that we refer to as L.S.R.S. This unique "Linear Slide Rack Support" system helps isolate the rack from the exaggerated forces that are generated by using larger wheel and tire packages. Not only does our L.S.R.S. help take stress loads off the rack & pinion unit, it allows the steering point on the spindle to remain in the stock location, thereby creating a factory type steering feel.
Combining all this with special bracketry to use the stock coilovers, or an upgrade to optional aftermarket coilovers, what you end up is simply the finest F150/Expedition Front Lift Kit on the market.

2004-2008 F150 4WD
6" Basic System
To compliment Fabtech's line of 2004-2008 Ford F150 products there is a new system titled as the 6" Basic II System. The system utilizes the factory front Coilover shocks with bolt on extension mounts that secures the shocks to the lower control arms. There is no need to disassemble The factory front shocks and coils for installation. Simply bolt the mounts on the lower portion of the factory shock for a fast install time. The Basic II System also features Fabtech's signature arched lower control arm crossmembers and ductile iron spindles that provide superior ground clearance with the ability to use the stock spare tire. Other features include lower control arm eccentric cams for easy alignment, front differential skid plate, sway bar drop brackets, 5" double pin cast iron rear lift blocks and u bolts. The Basic II system offers two rear shock options including Twin Tube Performance shocks or Dirt Logic 2.25 take apart shocks.

Suspension Lift Kit
Being a powerful work horse for years, the F150 is more popular than ever. But all work and no play makes for a boring truck. Pro Comp has taken the "work" out of installing a 6" suspension system by incorporating one-piece drop-down cross members and high strength extended steering knuckles. These are combined to make installation easy and preserve factory suspension and steering geometry. Stage II systems feature MX2.75c Series coil over front shocks and MX6 adjustable rear shocks for outstanding ride comfort and handling. Stage I systems are available with spacers for the factory front struts and ES9000 rear shock absorbers to deliver factory ride quality. Less work. More play. It's good for the truck. It's good for the soul.
(Note: CV style front drive shaft part # 52208 is recommended for extended high speed use in 4x4 HI. Ford recommends not to reuse the original spindle nuts. Pro Comp recommends ordering spindle nut kit part # 90-4116B.)

Suspension Lift Kit
This kit is designed around a one-piece sub frame, heavy duty steering knuckles and lateral compression arms. These components allow for a simple installation and a strong, stable front end. Always an industry innovator, Tuff Country has also designed upper and lower strut relocation brackets which are used to maintain the factory struts and ride. (Note: Rear shocks are not included.)

These lift kits are built by Rancho and will include a heavy duty one piece sub frame, replacement front struts, and (2) rear Rancho RS5000 shocks. If you order the deluxe kit kit will also include a Rancho skid plate for the front of your truck adding a nice finishing touch to your new lift kit.

The 2.5" Daystar kit features new polyurethane isolators, upper strut spacers and hardware. OEM shocks and struts are retained. The 2" Tuff Country kit features new upper coil spacers made of machined aluminum. OEM shocks and struts are retained. These kits will allow for 33" tires and are both easy to install.
