Suspension Lift Kit
True bolt-on installation and no welding or massive cutting is required to install this kit. This kit maintains your factory quality ride and your factory CV angles. The 8” kit easily clears 37” tire sizes. This system consists of bracketry that is modeled in 3D CAD using an artistic design touch, but with form and function foemost in mind. Starting wth 1/4” A36 steel, the bracketry is CNC cut and formed into a boxed gusseted configuration, then welded at strategic points to maximize strength. By using these manufacturing methods and combining them with their quad link support struts and integrated skid plate, Rize Industries was able to supply drop down bracketry that is both strong and visually appealing.
The L.S.R.S., or the “Linear Slide Rack Support”, system helps isolate your steering rack from exaggerated forces that are generated by using larger wheel and tire packages. It also allows the steering point on the spindle to remain in the stock location, thereby creating a factory type steering feel. (Note: The 8” kit will require installation of a new front drive shaft.)

Suspension Lift Kit
Jack-It offers (2) 2.5” kits for your expedition. Factory expeditions for these years come nose down, so if you buy a front lift only kit, it will level out your ride. If you buy a 2.5” lift kit, it will raise your truck 2.5”, but won’t level your truck out. Call if you have questions on which kit is right for you.

Suspension Lift Kit
Jack-It has put together two kits for this 4” lift for your truck, a standard or deluxe. This kit includes a one piece subframe and high quality CNC machined cast iron knuckles. This setup will maintain factory ride quality and allow you to install 33x12.5 tires on either 15x8 or 16x8 wheels. (Note: Wheels must have 4.5” backspacing or less. Will not fit air ride.)
Standard kit includes (4) Rancho shocks with black boots and (1) Rancho lift kit.
Deluxe kit includes (4) Daystar small tie rod bushings, (1) Rancho steering stabilizer with bracketry.

Suspension Lift Kit
Jack-It has put together two kits for this 5” lift for your truck, a standard or deluxe. This kit includes a one piece subframe and high quality CNC machined cast iron knuckles. This setup maintains factory ride quality and allow you to install 35” tires with minor fender trimming on 16” or larger wheels. (Note: Wheels must have 4 5/8” backspacing or less. Will not fit models with front air ride.)
Standard kit includes (1) RCD lift kit and (4) Bilstein shocks.
Deluxe kit includes (4) Daystar small tie rod bushings, (1) Rancho steering stabilizer with bracketry.
