JOB SUMMARY: Assist walk in and phone in customers with their purchases and in determining their suspension needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pricing quotes to walk-in retail customers
• Answering sales calls
• Insuring correct parts are ordered
• Scheduling installs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with basic office computer software, including Microsoft windows, word processing, email and spreadsheets.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Good 4wheel drive and suspension knowledge required.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
• Must be self-motivated, organized and courteous.
• Should enjoy working with people
• Must have excellent communication skills, good problem solving ability and be willing to work as a team player.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Hard worker.
