Suspension Lift Kit
The Tuff Country EZ-Ride Suspension engineering team has designed this suspension system around new driver / passenger side steering knuckles and front / rear cross members. These cross members are connected by a heavy duty skid plated designed to protect the front differential and stabilize the cross members. This superiorly designed kit also allows for the torsion bars to remain in the factory location, eliminating relocating of the stock torsion bars. Front sway bar end links use a heim-joint end that eliminates any binding in the front
sway bar. Also included are differential relocation brackets, performance bump stops and rear u-bolts. H3 owners can choose between (2) configurations of rear lift methods: Economical rear add-a-leafs which are added to the factory leaf springs or replacement rear leaf springs. (Note: 4.5" backspacing required. Recommended tire size of 35"x12.5. YOU MUST PURCHASE EITHER REAR ADD-A-LEAFS OR REAR LEAF SPRINGS TO OBTAIN FULL LIFT!)

The off-road suspension experts at Rancho are proud to introduce the industry's first suspension system for the
Hummer H3. This world-class technology allows H3 owners to rival the off-road prowess of Rancho-equipped H2 models. This evolutionary package allows customers to upgrade to the 37-inch tires. among the many exclusive features is a state-of-the-art Rancho/Realift torsion bar relocation technology, which eliminates the need to relocate the factory torsion bar cross member - doing away with the need to cut and weld.
Rancho engineers also developed an ingenious two-piece cross member design that allows the installer to precisely relocate the differential - ensuring optimum
suspension geometry and zero bump steer - without removing it from the vehicle. Our ultra-precise packaging of the cross member maintains maximum ground clearance; when combined with Rancho/Realift technology, this design substantially improves approach and departure angles. Also included with each kit is Rancho's Hummer-inspired skid plate armor to protect the front differential. (Note: dealer installed "Under body protection package" will not reinstall after kit is installed. The net raised height achieved with this system is dependent upon the adjustment of the torsion bars prior to installation.)
