- 2004 GRAND CHEROKEE ZJ/WJ LIFT KITS
 The
4.5" Super-Flex Kit is the ultimate suspension
for ZJ. Transform your grocery getter into a real trail
machine! Included in the Standard Package are Rubicon
Express Super-Flex control arms, 4.5" springs and
shocks, brake lines, and an adjustable front trackbar.
With the 4.5" spring, this system will clear 33x10.50"
tires easily and 33x12.50" tires with minimal trimming.
Note the installation of a slip yoke eliminator and
CV driveshaft on the stock NV231 transfer case is recommended.
If you upgrade to our Deluxe Package you also get poly
sway bar bushings, track bar bushings, tie rod boots
and a heavy duty stabilizer. If you go with the Premium
Package you get all this plus heavy duty tie rod end
sleeves.
 The
Jeep Grand Cherokee is actually a fairly good off-road
vehicle as it sits. But you can turn them into serious
off-road crawlers and still maintain a great street
ride with our 3” and 4” suspension packages.
You can still use it as your everyday grocery getter...you’ll
just be bigger and better than the rest.
Standard Packages: include new front and
rear coil springs, front and rear shocks, lower control
arms and track bar bracket. The 4” package also
includes poly spring spacers, brakeline relocating bracket
and a rear track bar bracket.
Deluxe Packages: include the same components
as the Standard Packages, but with the addition of a
heavy duty steering stabilizer, poly sway bar and track
bar bushings and poly tie rod boots.
Premium Packages: have all the components
found in the first two packages, but we also include
stainless steel brakelines, an adjustable track bar
and heavy duty tie rod end sleeves.
These
kits can also be upgraded to Skyjacker® Flex packages--both
single and double flex options are available.
 Perhaps
you don’t want to stand out too much. All you need
is a little extra clearance for some bigger tires. Our
2” packages should do the job quite nicely. Again
we have put them in Standard, Deluxe and Premium Packages
for your convenience.

If
your ZJ is All Wheel Drive you will experience drive
shaft vibrations and need to change to a CV style
drive shaft. You can easily tell if yours is AWD
by looking at the part number on your transfer case.
There is a silver dollar shaped plaque on the back
of your transfer case. If it has part number #NP249
then it is All Wheel Drive. |
 We
have 2” and 4” packages available for the
1999 through '04 WJ’s. The 2” package is called
the Budget Boost because it is very inexpensive. It
includes front and rear coil spacers and necessary hardware.
The 4” package (pictured right) includes: front
and rear coil springs, front and rear shocks, 4 lower
flexarms, 4 bump stop spacers, 4 spring retainers, drop
pitman arm, a transfer case lowering kit, rear sway
bar links, quick disconnects, front track bar lowering
bracket, A-arm spacer, hardware and instructions. Running
this package will improve on and off-road performance
and allow you to run 265/75R16 tires.
