BDS Pro-Ride coil springs are designed to withstand full coil bind and bounce right back to their original height. In other words, you won't have to worry about sagging springs. All BDS coils are shot peened to increase tensile as well as hydraulically pre-set to reduce long term fatigue. The polyester based powder coating flexes with the springs to ensure long term protection.

Springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 to guarantee long life. A polyester based powder coat is applied to ensure flexibility and durability. Each spring is preset witha  hydraulic stress to reduce fatigue in the steel and prevent sagging. Shotpeeing increases tensile strength and allows for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing the life of the spring.
