HD Tie Rod Flip Kit Upgrade
This will allow the tie rod to be 'flipped' over the knuckle to increase ground clearance and provide additional protection for the tie-rod. Owners of the TeraFlex High Steer Kit can upgrade to the new 'flip' kit providing them with an additional 3" of tie rod clearance.
This upgrade kit comes with 2 low profile tie rod ends, 1 low profile drag link end and 3 tapered sleeves. This kit does require drilling the driver side knuckle of taper to a 3/4" hole. This upgrade will only work with the TeraFlex High Steer Kit, or users with the TeraFlex High Steer Knuckle.

HD Tie Rod Ends
Tera has developed heavy duty tie rod ends that utilize a one-ton joint end, and are available in either a stock Jeep taper or a large one-ton taper (standard Dana 60).
The stock taper rod ends will fit Dana 30 knuckle holes. THe large taper will fit the larger 60 type knuckles, as are used in Tera's HD axle line. Additionally the tie rod ends are available with an offset (for use with applications where differential interference may occure with the tie rod).

Tie Rod/Drag Link KIt
 This heavy duty tie rod and drag link kit is designed to upgrade any TJ, YJ, XJ or ZJ's steering system utilizing the TeraFlex High Steer Knuckle. It is constructed of 1-1/2" hexagon 6061 T6 aluminum, which has a higher specific strength than 1018 steel. It also has a yield strength of 45,000 lbs. but is 3 times lighter than steel. The aluminum will also deflect 3 times further than steel, while returning to the original shape. The hexagon shape makes tightening jam nuts simple by using a 1-1/2" wrench to hold the tube.
