Rear Block Kit
ReadyLift® OEM style rear block kits are now available for Tacoma six-lug model applications. These Rear Block Kits include (2) Rear Blocks, (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your Truck an additional 1”. Based on OEM designs and made from cast iron, never made out of light weight extrusions. ReadyLift® Block Kits will put a slight rake back in your Truck for hauling or towing and are designed to work in concert with your ReadyLift® Suspension Leveling Kit. This is a great Tow Package upgrade that allows you to fully lift your truck while maintaining the use it like it was originally intended. Like all ReadyLift® products these block kits come with our Lifetime Warranty. Installation time is about 1-1.5 hours.

Strut Ext. Leveling Kit

The 66-5055 strut extension provides 2.25” of lift which gives clearance to add up to 33” wheels and tires to the Toyota Tacoma. Installation is simple and requires no strut preloading, cutting, or modification of factory installed parts. While other kits cost thousands to buy and hours to install, ReadyLift® can be installed one to two hours and costs less than the price of a single custom wheel.

Note: It is ReadyLift’s position that our objective is to provide a product that levels the vehicle. Through on-going research we have discovered that Toyota trucks have a unique pattern of being manufactured and sold with varying degrees of rear to front rake. It appears that many Toyota trucks are not the same height or possess the same rake as the same stock truck sitting next to it. Our research has determined there can be as much as 1.0” difference in rake and ride height from truck to truck. TRD-equipped trucks often have only 1.0” of rake compared to a non-TRD truck. Measurements on some customer’s trucks have revealed as much as 1.0” difference in the factory front end height.
If you measure the truck at stock height, then install a 3” strut extension and determine after installation and alignment that the truck sits nose high, you most likely are an owner of one of the trucks that has less rear to front rake. To compensate for the difference, ReadyLift suggests installing one of our 1.0” (66-5001) Rear Block Kits to achieve a slight rake to a level stance.

ReadyLift® is proud to be one of the first companies to offer a mild lift/leveling kit for the popular Toyota Tacoma 5-lug 2wd trucks. Since 2005, this economy level Tacoma easily identified by the 5-lug bolt pattern has not had many aftermarket lift kits available to lift the truck and add more aggressive tires. This kit (P/N 69-5510) consists of ReadyLift’s Smart Strut Technology steel front strut spacers along with a rear lifting add-a-leaf which allows the owner to be able to install a larger 31-inch diameter tire.

ReadyLift® Suspension Inc. has used their proven technological engineering methods to produce a SST Suspension Lift System for the 2005/08 Six-Lug Toyota Tacoma trucks (P/N 69-5055) that lifts the truck 2.75"-3.0". The intermediate Smart Strut Technology system fits all 2005/08 Tacoma and Prerunner models including both 2WD and 4WD models. This kit provides the owner with the opportunity to upgrade to larger wheel and tire combinations up to 33-inches in diameter while retaining the great stock ride and handling characteristics. 32.5" tire diameter is recommended. In order to fit 33" tires you will have to do some minor trimming of the inner fenderwell.

6" Basic System
This system features our proven IFS technology with extendede length steering knuckles and arched crossmembers for excellent on and offraod performance. Lift is accomplished via a steel coilover shock spacer system retaining the stock ride characteristics of the vehicle. The rack and pinion remains in the factory location increasing installation time. Also included in this system is a 1/4" thick differential skid plate and impact struts.

The heart of this system includes our Dirt Logic 2.5 Adjustable Coilover shocks providing incredible suspension dampening capacity for offroad use with a good highway ride. High arched lower control arm crossmembers with extended length cast steering knuckles provides superior strength for longevity. The factory Rack and Pinion steering does not need to be relocated for installation. System includes a 1/4" thick differential skid late, sway bar links, impact struts and more.
