This BDS 1551F is the ultimate premium suspension lift kit for the Ford F250 / F350 Super Duty trucks. Featuring Fox 2.5 Factory Series Remote Reservoir Coil-Overs. These coil-overs replace the factory coil springs and are optimized for performance and ride comfort. Heavy duty radius arms that use 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these replacement arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. Featuring a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. The arms correct the caster angle by bolting into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle. A forged drop pitman arm corrects steering angles along with a supplied integrated drag link flip. The front axle remains centered with the use a of 1/4" thick heavy duty track bar drop bracket. Also included for the front suspension are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets and a NX2 series steering stabilizer with mounting bracket. In the rear the factory blocks are replaced by a pair of 4.5 inch lift blocks that feature integrated bump stop wings along with e-coated extended u-bolts. Product Highlights Fox 2.0 Performance Series Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks are included in this kit or offered as an upgrade option. These awesome shocks feature a 2 inch clear anodized aluminum one-piece body. Designed as a gas mono-tube with an internal floating piston (IFP) that has application specific valving for great on and off-road performance. Heavy Duty Radius Arms Included are BDS high strength tubular radius arms. These replace the factory stamped arms to maintain properly front end geometry by correcting caster. Made from 1-3/4" OD heavy wall steel these arms are very strong ...and they look great! Fox Coil-Over DSC Adjustment The included Fox coil-overs can be upgrade or include the awesome DSC (dual speed compression) adjuster. This feature allows you the ability to control how soft or stiff your coil-overs will ride at both low and high speeds. Simply turn one of two dials, each with over 10 click positions.
Important Notes Fits Diesel Models Only Removal of the factory leaf spring block required. Net rear lift will vary depending on height of factory block, but will result in a level stance. If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402) 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
