We have a budget, deluxe and premium package available for all these models. The leaf springs used in these packages are made from top quality steel then tapered cut and refined using shotpeening technology to provide excellent ride and superior strength. Teflon friction pads are employed between springs to reduce inter-leaf wear. When the spring is compressed, the pads allow the leafs to slide against each other. This helps make the ride more smooth and improves suspension travel. The springs also come with degree shims attached which reduces drive line angle, thus helping to prevent drive line vibration. In order to keep the steering geometry at the proper angle, a drop pitman arm is used in the taller kits. This reduces 'bump steer' and allows the vehicle to maintain a full turning radius.
