These 52440 4-inch Air Spring Spacers by Air Lift are designed to allow suspension airbags or springs on models with an existing suspension lift kit without over-extending and damaging the air springs. These spacers mount between the air spring and the lower mounting bracket. 

Please note that the size of your lift kit is usually taller in the front than in the rear. For example, most 6-inch lift kits lift the rear 4 inches to level the truck. When selecting a size, please keep this in mind.
