Return Policy and Procedure:
Returns are only accepted for new items, purchased within 90 days, that have not been installed or used, and warranty items that have a manufacturers defect, as identified using the manufacturers guidelines for warranty product.
We do not accept returns on incomplete “kits” or individual component parts. Special order items and raw parts are also not returnable.
Part shortages, incorrect items, or any other issues with your order must be reported to Jack-It within 30 days of the purchase invoice date. If a part is incorrect or does not fit, please don’t try to make it fit. We will not accept any incorrect parts that have been installed or modified in any way. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will help anywhere we can to resolve any issues with your order.
Hardware matters! If you return an item that is missing the original hardware or any other components or instruction manuals, the cost of these items may be deducted from your refund, or your return may be denied entirely.
Refunds will be given on product only! Labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges will not be refunded.
Note: Returns may be subject to up to a 15 percent restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned merchandise and packaging.
To avoid restocking fee’s, all items must be returned in the original packaging, cannot be damaged or installed and must be in good sellable condition. Boxes should not be damaged beyond repair.
Jack-It will not accept damaged product due to improper packing by customers.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We offer free out bound shipping on most orders over $149. However, product received as part of our free shipping offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise minus the original out bound shipping costs paid by us.
Returned product must be sent with freight prepaid. At the customer’s request, we can provide a return label via email, the cost of this freight would then be subtracted from the refund.
**Jack-It, Inc. would cover all shipping costs if you received an incorrect or NEW-defective item.
Customers may choose to contact the manufacturers directly about any defective/warranty product. Jack-It is also happy to assist in this process if requested by our customers.
An RMA# must be obtained before defective product will be accepted.
Obtaining an RMA#:
To return new product, you must first contact Jack-It, Inc. (888-452-2548 or firstname.lastname@example.org) within 90 days of the purchase invoice date to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.
Timelines on warranty product will vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
A reason for the return and original invoice number on which the item was purchased must be furnished to Jack-It.
Receiving a Refund:
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund immediately. You can expect to see your credit within 5 to 10 business days.
Refund totals may vary depending on circumstance and the criteria listed within our policy.
Any issues you may be having due a product not fitting properly, package damage, incorrect product or lost package we are here to help.
Damaged Package - in the event that your product arrives damaged from the shipping company (UPS, Fedex or Truck Freight) please contact our customer service team at 888-452-2548 or email@example.com. Please keep the product in the original packaging, the shipping company may need it for inspection.
Defective or Incorrect Product - if the product(s) you ordered are defective or incorrect please do not modify or install them. Contact our customer support team at 888-452-2548 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Lost Package - if your product(s) have not arrived, but the tracking number shows a delivery date immediately contact our support team and we will identify the issue.
