Note about ship times Please note that while we strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, this timeframe excludes holidays and weekends. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, there may be shipping delays due to a backorder. If your order is affected, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.

Returns

Return Policy and Procedure:

At Jack-It, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on new, unused items purchased within 90 days, as well as warranty items with manufacturer defects as determined by the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

1. General Return Guidelines

  • All returned items must be in new, sellable condition, in original packaging, and include all hardware, components, and instruction manuals.
  • We do not accept returns on incomplete kits, individual component parts, special order items, or raw parts.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, a shortage, or have an issue with your order, you must report it within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
  • Do not attempt to modify or install incorrect or defective items. Installed or modified items are not eligible for return.

2. Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If shipping costs were part of your purchase, they are not refunded, meaning your refund will be the product price minus the 15% restocking fee.
  • Jack-It is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing when returning an item.

3. Defective or Misboxed Items

  • If you receive a misboxed item or a new defective product, Jack-It will cover all shipping costs for the return.
  • Customers may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, or Jack-It can assist upon request.

4. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any item.
  • To request an RMA, contact Jack-It at (888-452-2548) or Email Us within 90 days of purchase.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom Assembled Products / Wheel & Tire Packages Return Policy:


We understand that ordering custom-built products such as mounted wheel & tire packages or pre-assembled suspension components can sometimes feel overwhelming, and our team is always happy to help confirm fitment and product selection before you place your order. Our goal is to help make sure you receive the right setup the first time.


That said, assembled products require significant labor, handling, packaging, and freight coordination that cannot always be recovered once an order has been built or shipped.


Mounted wheel & tire packages are custom assembled specifically for each customer. Once tires have been mounted and balanced:

  • The wheels typically cannot be returned to the manufacturer
  • Original wheel packaging is often discarded during the mounting and balancing process
  • These packages require expensive freight shipping due to size and weight
  • Significant labor is involved in mounting, balancing, packaging, and preparing the shipment


Because of these costs, any approved return of an assembled wheel & tire package or other custom assembled product will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.


This restocking fee helps cover:

  • Outbound shipping costs included in our free shipping offer
  • Return freight expenses
  • Mounting and balancing labor
  • Packaging materials and handling
  • Inspection and reconditioning time
  • Reduced resale value of assembled products

Additional return conditions:

  • All returns must be approved prior to being sent back
  • Products must be returned in new condition with no signs of use
  • Wheels or tires that have been driven on will not qualify for return
  • Orders canceled after assembly work has begun may also be subject to restocking and labor charges
  • Certain custom-built, special-order, or assembled products may be non-returnable

Customer satisfaction is always important to us, and we believe every situation deserves a fair review.


We understand that fitment issues, wheel specifications, suspension configurations, and tire selections can sometimes be confusing — especially with today’s wide range of vehicle trims, offsets, lift heights, and tire combinations. If you are not 100% certain about fitment, we strongly encourage you to contact our sales team before placing your order. We are always happy to help verify fitment and recommend a setup that works properly for your vehicle and intended use.


If our sales team recommended a size or specification that turns out to be incompatible, or if we made an error with your order, we’ll work with you to make the return process easier — including waiving restocking or return shipping costs when the return is related to a fitment recommendation or order error on our part.

Order Issues

Any issues you may be having due a product not fitting properly, package damage, incorrect product or lost package we are here to help.

Damaged Package - in the event that your product arrives damaged from the shipping company (UPS, Fedex or Truck Freight) please contact our customer service team at 888-452-2548 or Email Us.  Please keep the product in the original packaging, the shipping company may need it for inspection.

Defective or Incorrect Product - if the product(s) you ordered are defective or incorrect please do not modify or install them. Contact our customer support team at 888-452-2548 or Email Us

Lost Package - if your product(s) have not arrived, but the tracking number shows a delivery date immediately contact our support team and we will identify the issue.
