Note about ship times Please note that while we strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, this timeframe excludes holidays and weekends. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, there may be shipping delays due to a backorder. If your order is affected, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Return Policy and Procedure:
At Jack-It, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on new, unused items purchased within 90 days, as well as warranty items with manufacturer defects as determined by the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
1. General Return Guidelines
- • All returned items must be in new, sellable condition, in original packaging, and include all hardware, components, and instruction manuals.
- • We do not accept returns on incomplete kits, individual component parts, special order items, or raw parts.
- • If you receive an incorrect item, a shortage, or have an issue with your order, you must report it within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
- • Do not attempt to modify or install incorrect or defective items. Installed or modified items are not eligible for return.
2. Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- • If shipping costs were part of your purchase, they are not refunded, meaning your refund will be the product price minus the 15% restocking fee.
- • Jack-It is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing when returning an item.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
- • If you receive an incorrect item or a new defective product, Jack-It will cover all shipping costs for the return.
- • Customers may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, or Jack-It can assist upon request.
4. Return Authorization (RMA)
- • Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any item.
- • To request an RMA, contact Jack-It at (888-452-2548) or returns@jackit.com within 90 days of purchase.
- • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
- • Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Any issues you may be having due a product not fitting properly, package damage, incorrect product or lost package we are here to help.
Damaged Package - in the event that your product arrives damaged from the shipping company (UPS, Fedex or Truck Freight) please contact our customer service team at 888-452-2548 or sales@jackit.com. Please keep the product in the original packaging, the shipping company may need it for inspection.
Defective or Incorrect Product - if the product(s) you ordered are defective or incorrect please do not modify or install them. Contact our customer support team at 888-452-2548 or sales@jackit.com
Lost Package - if your product(s) have not arrived, but the tracking number shows a delivery date immediately contact our support team and we will identify the issue.
