Returns are accepted only for items that have not been installed or used and items that have a manufacturers defect. Warranties on items can be dealt directly with the manufacturer, or we may help the customer at our discretion upon the customer’s request.
- To return an item, you must first call Jack-It, Inc. and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- A reason for the return and original invoice number on which the item was purchased must be furnished to Jack-It, Including prior to issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which is required for any return. Returns must be sent with freight prepaid.
Note: Some returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, can not have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
- Receiving Refund: Once we receive your package, we will process the refund immediately. You can expect to see your credit within 5 to 10 business days.
Any issues you may be having due a product not fitting properly, package damage, incorrect product or lost package we are here to help.
Damaged Package - in the event that your product arrives damaged from the shipping company (UPS, Fedex or Truck Freight) please contact our customer service team at 888-452-2548 or email@example.com. Please keep the product in the original packaging, the shipping company may need it for inspection.
Defective or Incorrect Product - if the product(s) you ordered are defective or incorrect please do not modify or install them. Contact our customer support team at 888-452-2548 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Lost Package - if your product(s) have not arrived, but the tracking number shows a delivery date immediately contact our support team and we will identify the issue.
