Counter Sales / Parts Sales Specialist

Jack-It is looking for a full-time Counter Sales / Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Midvale, Utah. We specialize in suspension lift kits, leveling kits, wheels, tires, shocks, truck accessories, Jeep parts, and aftermarket upgrades for trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, vans, and off-road vehicles.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands or wants to learn the aftermarket truck and Jeep industry, and can help customers find the right products for their vehicle and budget.

Responsibilities

• Help walk-in and phone customers with parts, accessories, lift kits, shocks, wheels, tires, and related products.
• Look up vehicle fitment and make sure the correct parts are quoted and ordered.
• Build quotes and sales orders for retail customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers about product options, pricing, availability, and estimated timelines.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, special orders, backorders, and product questions.
• Learn vendor product lines and stay current on new products and fitment information.

• Has experience in automotive, truck accessories, off-road, Jeep, suspension, wheels/tires, or parts sales.
• Is comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Can use a computer to look up parts, build quotes, and process orders.
• Pays attention to detail, especially with vehicle fitment and order accuracy.
• Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Works well with a team and can handle a fast-paced sales environment.
• Has a positive attitude and wants to help customers get the right setup the first time.

• Automotive parts sales or counter sales experience.
• Knowledge of lift kits, leveling kits, shocks, suspension components, wheels, tires, towing products, or truck accessories.
• Experience with order entry, inventory systems, or point-of-sale systems.
• Customer service experience in an automotive or retail environment.

Schedule

Full-time position. Schedule M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation

Pay depends on experience. Jack-It offers competitive pay based on automotive knowledge, sales experience, and overall fit for the position. PTO, 401K, Paid holidays.

Our Midvale, Utah headquarters is a purpose-built facility designed to support high-quality suspension installs and efficient operations. With dedicated shop space, warehouse inventory, and modern office amenities all under one roof, our team has everything needed to do the job right.
