4" 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD (w/gas engine) Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

The BDS Suspension BDS1800H / BDS1800FS 4 inch suspension lift kit for the Chevy Silverado 1500 truck will allow for fitment of up to 35 inch diameter tires for a great off-road look. This is done without sacrificing ride quality and handling while being fully FMWSS 126 complaint.

This premium quality suspension lift kit is built around a set of 1/4 inch thick steel laser cut high clearance crossmembers that are designed to get maximum clearance and provide a rock solid mounting point for the factory lower control arms. Front strut spacer give additional height to the vehicle. 3 piece heavy duty front skid plates connects the cross members while protect steering and driveline components. Correct steering geometry is maintain using new ductile iron steering knuckles that keep the ESC system compatibility along with tubular upper control arms. CV axle angles are kept at a minimum using a multi-point front differential relocation system. The rear end is lifted using 3 inch tall axle blocks (replaces factory block) with extended ubolts.

• Requires frame bracket modification
• Will not fit Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) equipped models
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled.
• 17" Wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle / tie rod.
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper. Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
• Will NOT work with TrailBoss or AT4 models.
• Will not fit 2019-2020 1500 Classic models
• This kit is NOT COMPATIBLE with vehicles equipped with rear composite mono-leaf springs. The mono-leaf is easily identifiable – the U-bolt is round/circular around the top of the leaf spring. This kit only works with vehicles equipped with traditional steel leaf springs – identified by ‘square’ U-bolts
