4" 2022-2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 4WD Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

The BDS 1835H 4-inch Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 lift kit is designed exclusively for trucks equipped with Multimatic shocks. This kit delivers everything needed to transform your truck, including improved stance, increased performance, and accommodating 35-37" tires, ensuring superior ground clearance and off-road readiness. 

This features a high-clearance design that enhances ground clearance, durability, and off-road protection while maintaining excellent on-road handling. The front suspension features top-mounted strut spacers and 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel cross-members that work together with multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy-duty skid plates for maximum protection. Steering geometry is precisely corrected at the increased ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the ESC system. Additional components such as sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and supplied hardware make this a comprehensive front suspension upgrade. BDS has engineered this kit for maximum ground clearance using 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel cross-members that fit perfectly and pair with a front skid plate system to form a rigid subframe, offering extra protection during off-road adventures.

The rear suspension has heavy-duty lift blocks that replace the stock blocks, creating a leveled stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts and shock relocation brackets ensure seamless integration with the Multimatic shock system without compromising functionality.
