BDS 4" Radius Arm Lift Kit for Ram 2500 diesel trucks improves suspension geometry, ride quality, and off-road capability while maintaining excellent on-road comfort and drivability. Designed specifically for diesel applications, this system allows for up to 37" tire fitment while correcting driveline angles and increasing suspension travel for confident performance in any environment.
At the core of this system are heavy-duty tubular radius arms that properly position the front axle and restore caster geometry lost when lifting, improving straight-line stability, steering return-to-center, and braking control. Pro-Ride coil springs are engineered to support the added weight of the diesel platform while delivering a smooth, predictable ride. A transfer case indexing ring is included to optimize driveline angles and increase suspension droop, while a track bar relocation bracket ensures proper axle centering and steering alignment.
Shock options allow further tuning of ride quality and performance. BDS NX2 Nitro shocks provide a comfortable, budget-friendly ride for everyday use. FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks deliver consistent, fade-free damping, while FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks add increased oil capacity and position-sensitive rebound control. For maximum performance, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks with DSC adjusters offer independent high- and low-speed compression tuning for precise control across any terrain.
Features and Benefits:
BDS 4" radius arm lift kit for Ram 2500 diesel trucks

Heavy-duty tubular radius arms correct caster and improve suspension geometry
Special literature required: OE Service Manual for model/year of vehicle. Refer to the manual for proper disassembly/reassembly procedures of OE and related components.
Adhere to recommendations when replacement fasteners, retainers, and keepers are called out in the OE manual.
Larger rim and tire combinations may increase leverage on suspension, steering, and related components. When selecting combinations larger than OE, consider the additional stress you could be inducing on the OE and related components.
Post suspension system vehicles may experience drive line vibrations. Angles may require tuning, the slider on the shaft may require replacement, the shafts may need to be lengthened or trued, and the U-joints may need to be replaced.
Secure and properly block the vehicle prior to installation of the BDS Suspension components. Always wear safety glasses when using power tools
If installation is to be performed without a hoist, BDS Suspension Co. recommends rear alterations first.
Due to payload options and initial ride height variances, the amount of lift is a base figure.
Final ride height dimensions may vary in accordance with the original vehicle attitude. Always measure the attitude prior to beginning installation.
If selecting the Coil-Over option, welding equipment is required for the Coil-Over conversion.
