4" 2025-2026 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD (w/Diesel Engine) Fox 2.5 Performance Coilover Lift Kit (w/Radius Arms) by BDS Suspension

The BDS Suspension 2167PPS 4-Inch Extended Travel Radius Arm Coilover Lift Kit for diesel-powered Ram 3500 trucks combines premium FOX suspension performance with heavy-duty BDS components for improved ride quality, handling, and off-road capability. Designed to accommodate up to 37-inch tires, this system delivers a more aggressive stance while maintaining proper suspension geometry and excellent everyday drivability.

Up front, the factory coil springs and shocks are replaced with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote-reservoir coilovers, specifically tuned for the weight and ride height of the diesel Ram 3500. These premium coilovers feature DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustment, allowing independent tuning of high- and low-speed compression damping for changing terrain, loads, and driving conditions.

Heavy-duty tubular BDS radius arms properly position the front axle and restore caster at the new ride height, improving straight-line stability, steering return-to-center, braking control, and overall handling. A forged adjustable front track bar allows precise axle centering, while sway bar and brake line correction components maintain proper suspension operation throughout the increased travel.

This extended-travel system also includes a 10-bolt transfer case indexing ring that corrects driveline geometry and allows additional suspension droop. In the rear, lift is achieved using a high-strength fabricated lift block with longer U-bolts. Rear shock options include FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks for balanced performance front to rear.

The kit can also be configured with factory-style rubber bump stops or upgraded FOX 2.0 Factory Race Series hydraulic bump stops for additional bottom-out control during aggressive off-road use.
