2" 2024-2027 Lexus GX550 Fox 2.5 Performance HTO Coilover Leveling by BDS Suspension

The BDS BDS848PS 2-Inch Suspension Leveling Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coilovers and rear shocks for 2024-up Lexus GX550 models improves ride quality, suspension control, and off-road capability while creating a more level stance and added tire clearance. The system combines FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO front coilovers and rear shocks with heavy-duty BDS tubular upper control arms engineered for the increased ride height. Shock configurations include FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO with standard tuning or FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO with HD tuning for vehicles carrying additional accessory weight.

Heavy-duty BDS upper control arms are made from 1.5-inch DOM steel tubing to increase strength and improve front suspension geometry at the taller ride height. Corrected ball joint positioning helps maintain favorable operating angles while increasing usable suspension travel compared with the factory upper control arms. The revised geometry also supports proper alignment and controlled wheel movement, creating a stronger suspension foundation for Lexus GX550 builds used for daily driving, overlanding, and trail exploration.

FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO coilovers and rear shocks use large 2.5-inch impact-extruded aluminum bodies to increase fluid capacity and improve heat dissipation during demanding use. Hydraulic Top Out technology provides position-sensitive rebound damping as the suspension approaches full extension, helping control top-out forces and maintain a more composed ride over uneven terrain. Hard chrome-plated, heat-treated 5/8-inch alloy steel shafts provide durability under repeated suspension loads, while the fully serviceable design supports long-term performance.

The standard FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO configuration provides balanced damping for street driving, trail use, and general off-road performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO HD Tune configuration uses heavier application-specific valving to better manage the added weight of armor, bumpers, rooftop tents, recovery equipment, camping gear, and other accessories. Both configurations provide approximately 2 inches of front lift and clearance for up to 33-inch tires, combining improved suspension geometry, increased tire clearance, and FOX position-sensitive damping in a performance-focused Lexus GX550 leveling system.
