4.5" 2015-2020 Chevy Suburban 1500 / Tahoe 4WD Lift Kit by BDS Suspension

This kit utilizes BDS’s proven high-clearance suspension design to maximize ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting critical suspension and steering geometry. Up front, the system features upper strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates that bolt together to form a rigid, protective subframe.

Steering geometry is properly corrected at the increased ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These knuckles are designed to work with factory tie rod ends, maintaining proper steering angles and ESC system compatibility for safe, predictable handling both on and off the road. Supporting components such as sway bar drop brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware round out a truly complete front suspension system.

In the rear, BDS uses coil spring spacers to properly level the vehicle while maintaining ride quality and load handling. Rear damping is handled by your choice of BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, allowing you to tailor ride comfort and off-road performance to your driving style.
