After installation of your participating brand suspension system, fill out the online Factory Protection Plus application form. It's FREE. Once received by the Factory Protection Plus Team your information will be reviewed. If your vehicle and installation qualifies, it will be entered into the nationwide Factory Protection Plus Program database. As a Free program, 560Plus.com's decision on your application is final. Once accepted, you will receive a Factory Protection Plus Program acknowledgement outlining the terms of your BDS, Zone or JKS® Limited Lifetime Warranty and the Supplemental Drivetrain Limited Warranty supplied by 560Plus.com. Please allow 21 days for processing.
