The Carli Billet Motor Mounts are engineered for high-horsepower and aggressive off-road applications where the factory mounts simply don’t hold up. After extensive pre-running, testing, and real-world abuse, Carli found the OEM motor mounts allow excessive engine movement—often enough for the oil pan to contact the crossmember under hard use.

These billet mounts replace the factory rubber units with a semi-rigid urethane bushing housed in a precision-machined 6061 billet aluminum housing. The result is dramatically improved engine control, reduced drivetrain movement, and increased durability under extreme loads. This is the same proven design that ran flawlessly in the Class 8 Dodge sponsored by Carli Suspension at the 2007 SCORE Baja 1000.

Because of the firmer bushing material, these mounts transmit more engine vibration to the chassis than stock mounts do. At idle, increased noise and vibration should be expected, including minor rattles inside the cab. Once the vehicle is in motion, this vibration largely disappears. These mounts are intended for performance-focused builds—not comfort-oriented daily drivers.
