The Carli Suspension CS-DLTB-13-D Long Travel Air Bag System for the Dodge Ram 3500 are designed to compliment the Carli Full Replacement Leaf Springs. These leaf springs as having a "light 3/4-ton" capacity, slightly lower than that of a factory-equipped 2500 Ram. For individuals who initially chose the Ram 3500 for its intended purpose of towing and hauling and still seek the improved ride quality the Carli Suspension Long Travel airbags correct the issue of lost load carrying capacity. These air bags feature a tapered piston and a folding sleeve design that ensures they won't compromise your suspension's ride quality when deflated. With an internal bump stop, these airbags can be pressurized within a range of 0 to 100 psi (with a 2,000 lbs. capacity per bag at 100 psi), making them suitable for a wide range of applications including large 5th wheels, work trucks, campers, boats, bumper pull trailers, and heavy hauling.

Capable of a 12" travel, the airbags utilize a standard 1/4" airline and can be easily integrated into existing on-board air systems. Kits includes everything necessary for airbag installation, along with schrader valves and fittings for manual inflation or connection to your existing compressor setup. These airbags have been meticulously designed to complement the Carli Full Progressive Leaf Springs, effectively restoring lost payload capacity and providing an adaptable solution for varying loads. While they can work with add-a-packs, they're best suited for use alongside the full progressive leaf springs, offering optimal ride quality when unloaded and maintaining exceptional payload capacity.
