4.5" 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4wd (w/Diesel Engine) Unchained System by Carli Suspension

This Carli Suspension CS-F45-UC30-11 4.5 inch Unchained lift system for the Ford F250 / F350 4wd diesel models  is an ultra premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires. Using custom tuned King 3" Diameter Remote Reservoir Bypass Shocks this kit is perfect for Ford owners wanting an excellent ride, but more importantly excellent off-roading capabilities. Featured in this lift kit system are 4.5 inch lift front coil springs that have a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are King 3" Remote Reservoir Bypass Shocks. These custom Carli King shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 3 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions. A bypass shock incorporates external tubes equipped with one-way check valves that can be finely tuned, enabling users to customize the volume of fluid bypassing the piston/valving during both the compression and rebound strokes, all within the operational scope of the bypass tube.

To accomidate the massive King 3.0 shocks included are heavy duty fabricated coil buckets with new front shock mounts along with fabricated shock mounts for the rear.

Radius arm drop brackets lower the factory radius arms which rotates the axle back to factory angles to maintain proper caster and geometry. Made from 1/4 inch cold rolled steel these heavy duty brackets will provide a solid link between the arms and chassis.

To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allow for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with a large shank.

Completing the front-end enhancements, this package incorporates Caster Shims to enhance steering responsiveness. Additionally, a custom Bump Stop Drop is provided to ensure the springs maintain proper clearance from the factory bump stop.

In the rear Carli gives you variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however you can choose between the Carli progressive rate 2" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 3" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
