The Carli King 2.5" Coilover & Bypass Shock System (CS-FCO25SPKG-BYP-45-05) for the Ford F250 / F350 trucks is one of Carli’s most capable off-road suspension packages, engineered for drivers who demand maximum control, tunability, and durability without sacrificing street manners. Ride quality on pavement is comparable to the Coilover and Pintop systems—only with dramatically increased off-road capability and virtually bottomless performance.

This system combines King 2.5" front coilovers with 10" stroke front 2-tube bypass shocks and 13" stroke rear 3-tube bypass shocks featuring a high-flow rebound tube. The bypass design allows fluid to bypass the piston through external tubes during normal travel for a supple ride, then progressively increases damping during large impacts—acting like a tunable hydraulic bump stop. Oversized rebound tubes ensure rapid shock extension to keep the tires planted after hard hits.

All shocks are Carli custom-tuned and blueprinted using proprietary pistons designed specifically for the Super Duty platform. Massive 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts provide exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, while premium King shock oil maintains consistent damping across extreme temperature ranges. Ride height is adjustable by approximately 1 inch to compensate for heavy front accessories such as bumpers and winches.

This system represents the pinnacle of Carli’s coilover offerings and provides a direct upgrade path for serious off-road use. Coilover conversion plates are required but not included.
