These Carli CS-FEX-FSP-F-7.3 Full Progressive Rear Leaf Springs for the Ford Excursion are manufactured by Deaver Spring Mfg, in exclusive partnership with Carli Suspension. This innovative design offers a significantly more predictable and comfortable ride, with only a minor decrease in standard 3/4-ton load capacity. Unlike factory leaf spring packs, which typically feature 2-4 heavy main springs and an unyielding lower overload, our solution consists of a 9-Leaf main pack and a 3-Leaf overload, providing a more progressive spring rate. This results in a smoother unloaded ride, increased suspension travel, and impressive load-bearing capabilities as the rear end compresses, engaging all the springs.
