The Carli Suspension CS-FLTB-23-40 Long Travel Air Bag System for the Ford F250 / F350 is designed to compliment the Carli Full Replacement Leaf Springs. Enhance the load-carrying capacity and towing capabilities of your Super Duty while maintaining ride comfort and quality. Carli airbags are designed to accommodate up to 12 inches of suspension travel and can be easily installed with simple bolt-on DIY methods. You have the option to set up onboard air systems or use them manually. These airbags are robust, boasting a rating of 2,000 pounds each (with a maximum capacity of 4,000 pounds at 100 psi), and have a typical operating range of 5 to 75 psi. They are well-suited for large 5th-wheel trailers, work trucks, campers, boats, bumper-pull trailers, and hauling purposes.

These airbags have been specifically engineered to complement Carli Full Progressive Leaf Springs, allowing you to regain lost payload capacity and create an adjustable solution for handling varying loads. They are also compatible with add-a-packs, although it's important to note that the factory bump-stop tang on the factory block will need to be removed for proper installation.

Before placing an order, please ensure that your axle tube measures 4.0 inches in diameter. This axle specification is compatible with the 2023+ F250 4x4 models, both Gas and Diesel variants, with the Tremor or High Capacity tow package. Fits all F350 single rear wheel models.
