This Carli Suspension CS-FLVL-PT25-05 2.5 inch Pintop lift system for the Ford F250 / F350 4wd models is a ultra premium lift kit that will lift your vehicle enough to fit up to 37 inch x 12.5 inch tires (w/trimming). Using custom tuned King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks this kit is perfect for Ford owners wanting the best ride quality and off-roading performance. Excellent during on-road, highway, towing/hauling along with slow to high speed off road use.
Featured in this lift kit system are 2.5 inch lift front coil springs that have a slightly reduced linear rate for better ride comfort. Paired with the coil springs are King 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks. These custom Carli King shocks use a unique 17-4 stainless shaft that is machined and polished. Meaning there is no finish or coating to wear off. The 2.5 inch diameter body houses a custom piston designed for heavy-duty truck models. Remote reservoirs will increase oil capacity, giving better heat dispersion and performance in extreme conditions.
To keep the front axle centered properly an adjustable front track bar is included. In typical Carli fashion this bar has features that are not found in other track bars. This includes 3/8 inch DOM construction that allow for use of a 1" x 7/8" FK bearing heim joint with large shank.
In the rear Carli gives you variety of choices to lift or not lift the rear of the vehicle. The base kit does not lift the rear, however you can choose between the Carli progressive rate 2" lift add-a-pack kit (most economical and maintains factory payload, but for F250 only) or the Carli Full Progressive Rate 1" lift Rear Leaf Springs. The progressive leaf springs will provide increased suspension travel and drastically improved ride quality while reducing load capacity to a light 3/4 ton spec. Important Notes1. Recommend 17”-18” wheels, no more than 9” wide with 5.5” of backspacing with Carli Fabricated Radius Arms or 5” Backspacing with factory arms
2. It is not advisable to use factory wheels with oversized tires, as this can lead to issues such as rubbing against the radius arm, sway bar, and, most importantly, the brake lines.
3. Add-a-Packs not recommended on F350 models due to poor ride quality.
This is a bolt-in companion to the Carli High-Mount Steering Stabilizer. With an adjustable range from 70 to 200 psi, it allows you to achieve a neutral steering response at 70 psi or counteract the natural right-hand pull typically associated with tires like Toyo Mud Terrains at 200 psi.
