Carli Suspension offers a Premium Adjustable Track Bar for your Ford F250 / F350. The CS-FPRB-05 track bar serves as both a suspension and steering component, making it vital for smooth handling and stability. Any deviations in the bar or wear in the bushings are immediately noticeable to the driver, leading to issues like excessive steering input, wandering, and the dreaded death wobble. To combat these problems, Carli Suspension has designed the Carli Adjustable Track Bar to be superior to the stock bar in every way. Their goal was to create a link that deflects less, dampens vibrations effectively, and ensures durability beyond what a factory unit can offer. Unlike the factory bar, our track bar is re-buildable, allowing for extended service life.

Thanks to its adjustability, the Carli Adjustable Track Bar can center the axle on leveled lifted up to 4.5 inches, even when lifted and carrying heavy loads. The construction of our DATB Track Bars is robust, featuring 3/8″ wall DOM construction, far stronger than the brackets to which they're bolted. This thickness allows the end of the bar to be threaded to accept their 1-1/4″ FK Bearing Chromoly Heim Joint with large shank. Unlike other manufacturers, who use thinner walls and smaller shank heims, the thicker wall bar provides increased strength and reduces potential points of failure.

Innovations continue with the Carli Adjustable Track Bar's joint design. Replaced is the standard Jam-Nut with a tapered version, ensuring perfect joint centering and offering 100% more friction surface area for improved clamping force and reliability. Furthermore, the frame end of the track bar has undergone significant improvements in the DATB generation. Carli's "CUB" joint incorporates a huge FK Bearing Uniball at its core, surrounded by custom molded bushings for added protection. This assembly is then pressed into the reinforced frame-end housing of the track bar, held securely in place by a Stainless safety washer and snap ring. Custom Misalignment spacers center the joint in the frame bracket, enabling smooth fore and aft movement of the track bar without bind or excessive bushing deflection.
