F250 / F350 2005-2016 Ford (w/4.5" lift) - Carli Unchained King 3.0 Bypass Shocks (set of 4)

The Carli Unchained King 3.0" Bypass Shock System (CS-FUC30SPKG-45-05) is Carli’s most extreme suspension offering—engineered for drivers who want the best on-road ride Carli offers paired with off-road capability that exceeds even the Coilover-Bypass system. This is a purpose-built, competition-level setup designed to push beyond the limits of the factory Super Duty chassis.

This system features King 3.0" front 2-tube bypass shocks with 10" of stroke and rear 3.0" 4-tube bypass shocks with high-flow rebound circuits and 12" of stroke. The external bypass architecture delivers a supple ride at cruise while progressively increasing damping during hard impacts—acting as a tunable hydraulic bump stop and top-out control system all in one.

All shocks are Carli custom-tuned and blueprinted using proprietary pistons developed specifically for the heavy-duty Super Duty platform. Massive 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability under extreme loads. The result is unmatched control, composure, and confidence at speed in aggressive terrain.

This system is designed for serious off-road use. Fabricated coil buckets and rear shock mounts are required but not included. Due to the level of suspension capability, Carli strongly recommends additional chassis reinforcement such as a roll cage and axle truss.
