These kits were designed to give superior performance from highway handling and towing as well as excellent off road stability. This is achieved by using a combination of Front coil springs, C bushings, a track bar correction bracket, shocks, extended front sway bar end links, rear add a leaf and u-bolts,  C bushings will correct the negative caster degree angle. The drop pitman and track bar correction bracket will correct the geometry and prevent bumpster that increased drag link angles can cause. This option is a great kit to get your F-150 lifted
