6" 1978-1979 Ford F150 Supercab 4WD Lift Kit by Jack-It

This 6-inch lift kit for the 1978 through 1979 Ford F150 Supercab models is a custom package Jack-it has put together. This kit will allow for the use of larger-diameter tires and replace worn front leaf springs. We use only high-quality components from top brands like Skyjacker in this kit. Drawing from our extensive experience installing and selling lift kits (since 1994), we add additional components like spring eye bolts and shackle bushings to give the most complete lift kits on the market.

Some models were equipped with factory sway bars, while many were not. On vehicles with factory sway bars, extended sway bar end links are required when installing 4" or 6" suspension lift kits.
