This kit will raise the front 6 inches and the rear 6 inches on your vehicle. I has a military wrap on the front sping to give the strength needed for the work that the Superduty is used for. It includes the drop pitman to keep the steeing geomertry proper, The Track bar correction bracket so that the front axle stays centered properly and you don't get bump steer. Jack-it has then added the Bilstein 5100 series zinc plated shocks. these make a huge differance in ride quality and handling. Also a matching Bilstein 5100 steering stablizer. This kit will give you a long lasting suspension that you can use for work but will ride better than stock when taking a drive.
