2014-2026 Ford F150 4WD (w/4-6" lift) Fox 2.0 Snap Ring IFP Shock

This Fox 985-62-001 Performance Series 2.0 Snap Ring IFP shock/strut is designed for Ford F150 4wd models that have an existing lift kit between 4 to 6 inches. Depending on the lift they will replace strut spacers or replace existing lift struts. These shocks are engineered for both superior on-road smoothness and precise off-road control.

Mono-tube Design

This Fox shock comprises a mono-tube internal nitrogen-charged reservoir enclosed by an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) segregating the charged gas from the shock oil. This feature prevents oil and nitrogen mixing, a scenario possible in stock twin-tube shocks. This segregation optimizes performance, leveraging the factory-tuned precision valving to its maximum potential. 

Adjustable Lift Height

When installing the Fox Snap Ring shocks, you can choose two preset preload settings that enable a selection of 4”, and 6" front lift, providing adjustable height options. Included is a specially formed spring seat that allows the use of the factory springs and mounting hardware. This makes these shocks effectively a performance leveling kit.

Shock Construction

The one-piece 2-inch diameter shock body is built from 6061-T6 aluminum that is clear-coated to resist corrosion and rust. Mounting components are black-anodized. The 5/8-inch shock shaft is chrome-plated and heat-treated for durability.
