987-02-015 FOX Performance Series 2.5 Front Coilover is engineered for Lexus GX550 applications and delivers a true bolt-on performance upgrade. Designed with vehicle-specific valving for the GX550, this shock improves both on-road comfort and off-road control without compromising OEM reliability. The larger 2.5-inch shock body and increased piston size provide greater damping capacity while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ball joint integrity, while providing 0 to 2.25 inches of front lift.

Built around a monotube design, this Performance Series shock utilizes a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body with Type II clear anodizing for excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. An internal floating piston (IFP) separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to prevent aeration and ensure consistent damping performance in demanding conditions.

With high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping and a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated shaft, the 987-02-015 is designed to deliver controlled suspension movement across varying terrain.
