This 6-inch lift kit for the Chevy 4WD 1-ton pickup is a special premium package that Jack-It has put together. It will allow for the use of larger-diameter tires and replace worn front and rear leaf springs. We use only high quality components from top brands like Skyacker and more in this kit.  Since 1994, we have specialized in lifted vehicles and know the importance of getting all the parts required to do the job correctly. This kit features extra components not found in a standard lift kit. 

This kit features Skyjacker front and rear leaf springs, which provide very good ride quality, performance, and reliability. Properly sized U-bolts with hardware are provided for the front and rear axles. A front sway bar shackle drop kit includes poly bushings and will maintain proper angles to eliminate binding.

Recognizing the challenges posed by aging components, we eliminate concerns by ensuring that 30-50-year-old spring bolts and bushings are replaced with fresh, high quality upgrades, guaranteeing longevity and durability.

The inclusion of a steering block maintains correct steering angles on the 4-bolt trunnion style Dana 60 front axle, keeping your full turning radius and handling in check. Extended stainless steel brake hoses are included, safeguarding against overstretching of outdated brake hoses during off-road excursions.

Installation Note:

These kits are designed to fit the single-wheel GM 1-ton 4WD models. All the front components will be installed on a dual rear-wheel vehicle. The rear components may or may not work on dual rear-wheel vehicles. A possible exhaust modification is needed for the crossover pipe to clear the front driveshaft at full droop. Also, check for bind on the front double cardon joint on the front drive shaft at full droop. You may have to clearance the ears or swap to a higher-angle joint.
