JKSOGS166 Sector Shaft and Track Bar Reinforcement System is engineered to eliminate steering flex and sector shaft deflection on Jeep Wrangler JK models. Larger tires, aggressive off-road use, and hydraulic assist steering systems can place significant stress on the factory steering and track bar mounting points. This comprehensive reinforcement system increases load capacity and strengthens critical components to improve durability and control. An external bearing provides double-shear support to the sector shaft below the pitman arm, dramatically reducing flex under load. The heavy-duty bracket reinforces the OE chassis-side track bar mount, while a tubular support strut ties the left and right sides of the chassis together for additional structural integrity. Off-road proven by the JKS R&D team, JKSOGS166 delivers improved steering precision, greater responsiveness, and enhanced driver confidence in demanding trail conditions or high-load steering applications.
