The B8 5100 Series shocks by Bilstein are an extremely popular suspension grade designed for many lifted and non-lifted trucks and SUV models.

Construction
The Bilstein 5100 uses a 46 mm ID steel body that is zinc-plated and clear-coated to resist corrosion. These monotube gas shocks internally use large 46 mm pistons along with Bilstein's patented digressive valving (instant reaction to road conditions) to give excellent ride quality, handling, improved off-road performance, and comfort.
