Old Man Emu 2217K 3-inch Suspension Lift Kit for the Toyota Land Cruiser is a premium, tuned-and-matched system engineered to deliver exceptional ride quality, control, and durability across a wide range of driving conditions. Designed around how the vehicle is outfitted and the terrain it will encounter, this integrated suspension solution helps eliminate long-term sag while maintaining comfort and stability both on-road and off-road.

This kit is equipped with Old Man Emu BP-51 shock absorbers and ARB’s flagship internal bypass dampers, developed, tested, and manufactured in-house. Unlike conventional adjustable shocks, BP-51 shocks feature independent, on-vehicle adjustment with 10 levels of compression and 10 levels of rebound, allowing precise tuning for varying loads, driving styles, and terrain. The internal bypass design delivers position-sensitive damping, providing a smooth, compliant ride during normal driving while increasing control near the end of the stroke to manage harsh impacts and challenging off-road conditions. The 1208K kit is tuned to provide approximately 3 inches of front lift for vehicles carrying 0–330 lbs of additional front-end weight and 2 inches of rear lift on unloaded rear setups. Remote-mounted aluminum reservoirs increase oil volume for improved cooling and consistent damping during extended off-road use. BP-51 shock bodies are constructed from 6061-grade aluminum with a Type III hard-anodized finish, offering excellent heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.

Designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for OE and aftermarket suspension components, the Old Man Emu 1208K kit installs using factory mounting locations without modification.
