The Rough Country 12630 6" Lift Kit is a complete suspension upgrade designed for your 1973–1976 GMC Jimmy 4WD equipped with 52" rear springs. Engineered with application-specific front and rear lifted leaf springs, this kit raises your Suburban without relying on rear lift blocks. By replacing the springs rather than stacking blocks, the system provides improved suspension geometry, better load support, and a smoother, more controlled ride on-road and off-road.

To maintain proper steering geometry after lifting, Rough Country includes a raised steering arm for improved alignment, steering response, and overall handling. Front brake line relocation brackets are also included to ensure proper brake line routing and travel through the increased suspension range.
