The Rough Country 18030 4" Lift Kit is a complete suspension upgrade designed for your 1969–1972 Chevy Pickup 1/2 Ton and 3/4 Ton 4WD equipped with 52" rear springs. This premium system gives your classic GM truck a leveled, aggressive stance while improving ground clearance, trail capability, and overall ride height.

Built with application-specific front and rear lifted leaf springs, this kit delivers dependable lift height without relying on rear lift blocks. By replacing the factory springs, the suspension maintains improved geometry, better load support, and a smoother ride both on the road and off the pavement.

Front brake line relocation brackets are included to maintain proper brake line routing and safe suspension travel at the increased ride height. Heavy-duty U-bolts and installation hardware complete the system for a secure fit.

This kit includes (4) Premium N3 shock absorbers specifically valved for your application. Rough Country’s N3 shocks feature nitrogen-charged performance, 10-stage variable valving, and durable construction for excellent ride comfort, control, and long service life.
