This ReadyLift 26-2742 4 inch rear block lift kit for the Ford F350 / F450 Dually will safely lift the rear of your truck. These blocks replace the factory blocks, the amount of height you will gain depends on the size of your factory blocks. Based on OEM designs and never made out of light weight extrusions, ReadyLift's 4" Rear Lift Blocks are made to fit and have Integrated OEM Style Bump Stop Landings and cast in center pins. Like all ReadyLift products, these block kits come with their Limited Lifetime Warranty. Designed to replace the factory blocks.
