This ReadyLift 66-2053 Rear Block Kit is a simple and effective method to lift the rear of your Ford F150. This kit includes (2) 3 inch Cast Iron Rear Blocks, (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your F150 truck.  Designed give slightly more lift in the rear of your vehicle by removing the factory blocks and installing the new 3 inch block between the rear axle and leaf springs.
