This ReadyLift 66-3052 Rear Block Kit is a simple and effective method to lift the rear of your Sierra 2500HD / 3500. This kit includes (2) 2 inch Cast Iron Rear Blocks, (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your Sierra 2500HD / 3500 truck. Designed to give slightly more lift in the rear of your vehicle by installing the block between the rear axle and leaf springs.
